Lingering concerns about international travel restrictions due to the Covid pandemic have forced many cruise lines to cancel itineraries beyond their voluntary suspensions and the CDC’s current no sail order. Add Silversea to the list of cruise lines that have extended some itinerary suspensions into 2021.

Safeguarding the health and safety of our guests, crew, and the communities we visit is our top priority. As we work with the CDC and others toward this shared goal, we have extended our global suspension of voyages to include all sailings departing on or before November 30, 2020. Several other ships have extended their resume dates.

Silversea

Ships affected by the suspensions into 2021 are:

  • Silver Cloud
  • Silver Shadow
  • Silver Muse
  • Silver Explorer
  • Silver Dawn
  • Silver Wind
  • Silver Spirit
  • Silver Whisper
  • Silver Moon
  • Silver Origin

Silversea Policy:

  • Future Cruise Credit (FCC), valued at 110% of the total booking amount to be used to reserve a cruise within 24 months of the issue date, for all open sailings. Future Cruise Credits are transferable to family and friends and can be used partially and applied on more than one new booking.
  • Refund: A cash refund option is also available.
  • Both options have some fine print and are time-sensitive.
