Regent Seven Seas Suspension: 11/2/2020

We are closely reviewing the Order and continue to partner with global and domestic authorities, including the CDC, to chart a path forward. However, today we have made the decision to extend our suspension of voyages to include all cruises embarking between December 1 and 31, 2020, along with the January 5, 2021 voyage aboard Seven Seas Voyager®.

What Is The Offer

As with previous suspensions, guests with active paid-in-full bookings will automatically receive a 100% Future Cruise Credit, plus a Bonus 25% Future Cruise Credit.

Guests who prefer to forfeit the higher value of the Future Cruise Credits may request a 100% refund by completing the Refund Request Form no later than November 16, 2020.

Guests with active bookings that are not paid in full will automatically receive a 100% refund for amounts paid automatically within 60 days. If any portion of the booking has previously applied Future Cruise Credits, those Future Cruise Credits will be reinstated to the guest’s account and are non-refundable.

Regent Seven Seas is also offering, for a limited time, a price match offer on most dates enabling the original booking fare for a comparable future itinerary if booked by November 16, 2020.

Regent Seven Seas Suspension: 10/5/2020

On October 5, 2020 Regent Seven Seas Cruises (RSSC) extended their pause in global suspensions through November 30, 2020. RSSC kept their refund policy the same, for fully paid reservations, 100% future cruise credit (FCC) plus 25% bonus FCC or a full refund. Partially paid reservations will receive a refund in the amount of the funds paid.

Part of today’s announcement included the extension of Regent Reassurance to include any bookings made by October 31, 2020 for voyages departing by October 31, 2021. Learn more about Regent Reassurance.

As usual, there are some important dates related to the continued suspension. Future cruise credit will be automatically applied however should guests want a refund instead, a form must be filled out no later than October 19, 2020.
