Celebrity Suspends Cruise Operations due to Covid-19
Celebrity Cruise Suspension Announcement: September 15, 2020
As you may be aware, the Australian Government has announced an extension to their current suspension of cruise tourism in the region. In response to this decision, Celebrity Cruises will be extending the suspension of global operations for all sailings aboard Celebrity Eclipse and Celebrity Solstice, departing between November 1st and December 31st, 2020.
If you were affected by these cancellations you have options under the Cruise With Confidence policy. The best value is to accept a 125% future cruise credit but you can also “lift and shift” your cruise to the same itinerary next year while keeping the same promotions and price (with some restrictions), and of course you may request a refund.

As a result of the Government of Canada’s decision to extend its restriction on cruise ships carrying more than 100 guests until Oct. 31, Celebrity’s 2020 sailings to Canada and Alaska and as well as notable fall itineraries such as Canada/New England, Hawaii and a few repositioning cruises must be canceled.
We are working with public health agencies and governments to ensure a safe return to service, and look forward to setting sail from and to these destinations next year.
